# What is the console

> The console at console.perfgrid.com is where you order and manage your PerfGrid services, domains, invoices and team.

The console at [console.perfgrid.com](https://console.perfgrid.com) is where you order services, manage hosting and domains, pay invoices, open support tickets and give colleagues access. It replaced our old customer panel at billing.perfgrid.com in October 2026.

Your **login** is you: your email address, password and second factor. A **billing account** holds services, domains and invoices, for example your company. One login can use several billing accounts.

## Log in

**1. Open the login page**

Go to [console.perfgrid.com/login](https://console.perfgrid.com/login).

**2. Enter your details**

Enter your **Email address** and **Password** and click **Log in**. Have a [passkey](https://perfgrid.com/docs/console/security/passkeys.md)? Click **Log in with a passkey** instead.

**3. Enter your two-factor code**

If you use [two-factor authentication](https://perfgrid.com/docs/console/security/two-factor-authentication.md), enter the 6-digit code from your app.

The console opens the billing account you used last. Forgot your password? See [Reset a forgotten password](https://perfgrid.com/docs/console/security/password-and-sessions.md#reset-a-forgotten-password).

## Coming from the old panel

Your services, domains, saved cards and credit moved to the console for you.

* **Log in with the same email address and password.** If we couldn't move your password, click **Forgot your password?** on the login page.
* **Your authenticator app still works**, but the old backup code doesn't. Save your new [recovery codes](https://perfgrid.com/docs/console/security/two-factor-authentication.md#recovery-codes) after you log in.
* **People with access came along** as members of your billing account. See them under **Team access** > **Users**.
* **Earlier invoices** are under **Invoices** > **Earlier invoices**, with the numbers you know, for example `P15665`.
* **Old links still work**: links to billing.perfgrid.com open the console.

## Find your way around

The **Overview** shows what you owe, your next invoice, your services and recent invoices. The sidebar holds the rest:

* **Top**: the billing account you're working in. Click it to [switch to another one](https://perfgrid.com/docs/console/team/billing-accounts.md#switch-between-billing-accounts).
* **Main pages**: **Services**, **Domains**, **Invoices**, **Billing** and **Support**.
* **Account**: your **Profile**, **Team access**, **Security**, and **More** with **Notifications**, **Orders**, **API tokens** and other pages.
* **Bottom**: the **Knowledge base**, **Service status**, appearance, language (**DA** or **EN**) and your name.

You only see the pages your [permissions](https://perfgrid.com/docs/console/team/members-and-permissions.md#permissions) allow.

> Press `⌘K` on a Mac or `Ctrl+K` on Windows and Linux to search pages, services, domains, invoices and tickets.

### Links to your own pages

A link such as `https://console.perfgrid.com/me/billing` opens that page in your own billing account. `/me/invoices`, `/me/services` and so on work the same way. If you use several billing accounts, the console asks **Which billing account?**.
