Email Forwarding - PerfGrid knowledge base

We do not support forwarding mail to addresses outside the same hosting account. You cannot create forwarders to providers such as Gmail or Outlook.com. That policy limits spam reputation risk, DMARC/DKIM/SPF breakage, and similar issues. We also do not implement SRS for the same reason.
