Restoring files in JetBackup 5 works a bit differently than in older JetBackup releases.

Restore primary domain files

For the primary domain, select the public_html directory when you restore.

Restore subdomain or addon domain files

For subdomains or addon domains, a known JetBackup issue can leave folder permissions wrong after a restore (a fix is planned). After restoring, set the domain’s document root directory to 755.
