Choose which emails you get about a billing account in the console, and see the emails we have sent.
On the Notifications page you choose which emails you get about a billing account, and see the emails we have sent about it. Your choices are your own and apply to one billing account. In the console sidebar, open More and click Notifications.
Under Emails you receive, tick the categories you want. Each change is saved straight away.
Each category needs a permission. Without it, the category is greyed out.

Until you change anything, your role decides: owners get Services, Domains, Security and Support tickets, technical members get Services, and other members get none.
Billing emails always go to the billing account’s billing address as well, whatever the members choose. To send copies of invoices to someone without a login, such as your bookkeeper, add a copy recipient under Billing details.
Some emails don’t depend on these choices, for example about your own login, an invitation to a billing account, or one of your API tokens expiring soon. Status page emails are chosen separately, once for your login: click Choose status emails.
Under Sent emails, the page lists the emails we have sent about the billing account, newest first, with the address and whether it was delivered. You see the categories your permissions allow, and Security emails only when they were sent to you. We keep the list for 2 years.
If emails to an address bounce for good or are marked as spam, we only send that address invoices and important notices until an email to it is delivered again. When this happens to the billing address or a copy address, members with Manage billing details see Some of your emails can’t be delivered at the top of the console: correct the address under Billing details.
