Find your services in the console, read a service’s access details, log in to its control panel and keep an eye on its disk use.
Every hosting plan, addon and contract on a billing account is a service. Click Services in the sidebar to see them. You need the View services permission to see services, and Manage services to log in to a control panel or change usage alerts. See Users and permissions.
Use the tabs to show only hosting, only addons or services that have ended, and Filter by domain to find a service. Price is what the next period costs, excluding VAT. Click a service’s name to open its page.
The top of the page shows the package, the price, the domain, when the service renews and since when you have had it.
On a Grid Hosting account, WordPress shows how many WordPress sites it has, and how many have a known vulnerability in our latest scan. Update those in the hosting panel.Further down are the service’s addons and the buttons to change or cancel it.
A hosting account has a Hosting panel section (Grid Hosting) or a cPanel section. It shows the username, how to connect to the server, the nameservers your domain must use and the disk use.
The console never shows the account’s password. When a new account is ready, we email the username and password to the billing account’s owner. You don’t need the password to log in from the console.
Click Services in the sidebar and click the hosting service.

Click the login button
Click Log in to the panel on Grid Hosting, or Log in to cPanel or Open Webmail on cPanel. A new tab opens and logs you in.
The buttons are only there while the service is Active. The menu at the end of a row on the services list has the same login. On cPanel, Change password sets a new password for the account: type it twice, or click Generate and copy it. It is also the password of the account’s main FTP login and its MySQL user.
We read the disk use every hour. On Grid Hosting, email storage has its own limit. Once there are readings from more than one day, a graph shows Disk use per day (MB).We email you when the disk or the email storage is 85 % full, again at 95 % and when it is full. Click Snooze for 30 days or Turn warnings off to stop the warnings; we still email you when it is full.If your plan sells extra disk space, Add disk space opens it. See Add or change an option. When the disk is filling up, Upgrade package on the service’s card on the Overview opens its packages.
A hosting service is suspended when its renewal invoice is still unpaid two working days after the due date. Pay the invoice and the service is unsuspended automatically. While it is suspended, you can’t log in to it, change it or cancel it in the console.
